Today Wish-Cake was blessed with the opportunity to hopefully spread some smiles to loving families and talented staff on the 7th floor at CHOP (The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) in honor of a patient’s 8th birthday. We hope you enjoyed the cupcakes!
