We liked these circles we saw after decorating some Vanilla Squared cupcakes.
Sometimes even the stuff left over after baking is fun and interesting!

Whoopie pies are gaining popularity in Europe. Some say they’re more popular than cupcakes! Recently we were intrigued by the idea of baking whoopie pies so we bought the below whoopie pie baking tin. (We never knew such a thing even existed). We’ll let you know when we have the time to break away from cupcakes and make some pies!

Ever have a frosting shot? It’s a ton of fun! These are shots from our Minty Chip cupcake! Below are the cupcakes. Try some!

Tie-dye cupcakes with purple vanilla buttercream frosting and silver dragees!

Easter happened three weeks ago already – I apologize for the dated entry! The topic of the bunny cake, however, is timeless.
The photos above are of the bunny cake my Mom made for Easter dinner this year. The versions are slightly different from year to year — I think they keep getting better and better! The striking changes for 2010 are the use of black licorice for the face and jelly beans in the bow-tie. Sometimes the jelly beans have been pastel colored chocolate eggs. No matter what changes from bunny cake event to bunny cake event this cake remains at the top of my favorite list!
If you’d like to try the chocolate cake that is the bunny cake feel free to order any of our chocolate cupcake varieties. They can be found here. Of course you could always create your own cupcake using chocolate cake!
Thanks Mom! :)
Cupcakes are give-aways at events! Look at that awesome cupcake photo built into the display!
And yes, those are TRAYS of cupcakes in the very left of the photo. It was awesome to see this!
