Some friends and I had so much fun tasting cupcakes from various places in NYC this past weekend!
We documented the trip as much as possible with photos!

This was a banana cupcake with cream cheese frosting.  It was SO GOOD!

We visited about 3 different places which was all the yummy sweetness our stomachs could handle.  Our favorite cupcake maker was…

Billy’s Bakery!  (We’re sure there are many more great cupcake bakeries in NYC – we know we only scratched the service.)  Their cupcakes were moist and the cream cheese frosting was super good – not overly sweet.  Here is a photo of their red velvet cupcake!  Awesome!  We can’t wait to go back!

Today we had the privilege to deliver to an employee at Citizens Bank Park!  The home of the Philadelphia Phillies!  Awesome!  We hope the Baseball Cupcakes are a home run!

Whew!  Last week flew by for us in Wish-Cake land.  We’ve been a little void of postings lately — our apologies!  It doesn’t mean we’re not baking! Today it was fun to deliver some vanilla cupcakes with tiny shamrock sprinkles for a special customer! Unfortunately, however, no picture. (camera issues, stay tuned)

I saw this and had to share it. Check it out…Cupcake Bedding by the Lakeside Collection.  At first I was skeptical but now that I’ve seen the enlarged images I like it! Cupcakes ARE everywhere!
